1. Between 2/27-3/4, we will not ship nor process orders. You may still order online and on 3/5, we will begin creating/shipping our orders again.
2. We normally ship 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after placing order. Items that are DTG printing, will ship in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This excludes Group Orders as well as weekends and holidays. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays once items are with the shipper. Please TRACK your items, keep us informed within 10 days if your order has not arrived, and contact the Shipper IMMEDIATELY for any delays.
