2. We normally ship 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after placing order. Items that are DTG printing, will ship in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This excludes Group Orders as well as weekends and holidays. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays once items are with the shipper. Please TRACK your items, keep us informed within 10 days if your order has not arrived, and contact the Shipper IMMEDIATELY for any delays.

This collection is NEW, so if you don't see your preferences, check back later for updates as we add new designs daily. The method used for most apparel design is DTG (Direct to garment) and colors may appear slightly brighter on the mock photos.

Items are Made-to-Order, which means, once you have purchased, we will print on demand. We do not keep inventory of these designs and can take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order to receive your item.

You will receive a tracking number once item is prepared to ship. It is YOUR responsibility to track our order to ensure proper delivery. Once it leaves us and is delivered to the Shipper, it is in their hands and you should continue to track items.

IMPORTANT: If you need to change/cancel your order, you must contact us via EMAIL within TWO hours after placing your order. Please include all relevant information when contacting us so that we will be able to immediately amend your order. Once the two-hour time has expired, your order will be processed and unable to be cancelled. All Sales are Final (unless manufacturer defect).
