When will I receive my order?
Our items are individually made by hand/made to order. We do not use mass production techniques, making each and every shirt individual attention. For us, it's not about the mass quantity of our shirts, but our quality and uniqueness of product. After you place an order, it usually takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for us to make and ship your item. Group orders may take longer.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number and method of delivery.
What are your delivery options?
We normally ship via USPS Standard and Priority Mail. If other mailing options are needed, please contact us via email. Currently, we only ship to the 48 CONTIGUOUS states.
How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-DAY day return and exchange policy of a never worn item. Just return the item exactly as it was received (in the packaging) and we will gladly give you a full refund (minus original shipping charges) or exchange the item for the size or color that you prefer (while supplies last). Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at your expense, unless a defected item. We will NOT accept any item purchased if more than 30 calendar days have elapsed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Before returning merchandise to you are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email ONLY at . Please state the type of item returning, the size, color and reason for returning. Returns without an RMA number attached on the package will not be accepted; we will not be responsible for losses of any kind.
